COVID-19 Protocols 

WHAT WE’LL BE DOING TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY

As we re-open to the public, we will do everything we can to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees. Below is a list of the protocols we are putting in place to ensure we can continue to serve you the best treats while keeping everyone safe:

• Masks must be worn by employees at all times

• Employees will remain 6 feet apart of customers whenever possible

• We are working on establishing protocols for cleaning and disinfecting

• Employees will be required to engage in frequent hand washing/sanitizing

• Employees will be responsible for frequent sanitizing of work stations and equipment

• We will take temperatures of employees and screen employees every day

• We are working on a return to work plan for someone sick or displaying symptoms

• We will establish and maintain cleaning protocols, including: weekly deep cleanings by Peachy Clean as well as continuous cleaning throughout the day

We are constantly monitoring and improving our processes around cleanliness, employee hygiene, and customer safety as new recommendations and guidelines are released

WHAT WE’LL ASK OF YOU TO HELP KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

It’s up to all of us to help make sure our customers and employees are safe. Below is a list of the things we will be asking our customers to do when visiting us:

• Masks must be worn by all customers at all times when at The Queen’s Cups

• Please practice social distancing by remaining 6 feet apart from other customers and staff whenever possible

• If you are feeling ill or have any COVID-19 symptoms please stay home

• Curbside pickup will still be available for those who would prefer it

• Contactless payment preferred (please limit use of cash when possible)

• Please be kind and understanding to our employees and each other as we all adjust to this new way of doing business 🙂
