    Renee created The Queen's Cups in 2011 and brought the company to life in 2012 when she opened a tiny shop in her hometown of Millbury, MA. Renee enjoys being creative amongst a group of talented workers who are always wanting to improve their skills. What she loves the most is beating the odds of failing, the customers she's met and being a part of so many special occasions. She credits her parents for their undying love and support.

    Barbara (Mom)

      Barbara (Mom) has been a part of TQC since the beginning in 2012. She recently retired from Blackstone Valley Tech as a Teacher Assistant and Coach to become part of the Full Time staff. Mom was in the restaurant business for years before starting a family and needing stable hours. Mom loves to be out front with all the customers and meeting new people and making new friends. She especially loves seeing the little kids and is thrilled that some have started calling her Mimi.

      Paul (Dad)

      Head Baker

        Paul (Dad) has been with TQC since 2012. He has been in the Food Industry since he was 15 years old working in various restaurants in the area and moved on to be a Food Service Director in Assisted Living/Long Term Care facilities. He started working full-time at TQC in 2015 as the head baker and is known for his Whoopie Pies and Lemon Squares. Dad's favorite thing to make is Pineapple Upside Down Cake.



          Alicia started working at The Queen’s Cup’s in 2018 as our front of the house manager. She has been in the hospitality industry for about 13 years learning all that she could before making the jump to management. She loves being able to pass her knowledge to her staff and watch them grow in their positions. Being part of such a great team here really makes coming to work fun, and easy!


          Kitchen Manager

            Alycia started working at The Queens Cups in 2017. She started at TQC as one of our baking assistants and cupcake decorators. In 2018, she was promoted to Kitchen Manager thanks to her work ethic and dedication to helping The Queen's Cups grow. She has previous kitchen experience at Wrights Dairy Farm & Bakery and Twist Bakery & Cafe. She recently graduated college from Southern New Hampshire University. Alycia enjoys coming into work every day being able to have the freedom to create items that people love and come back for.



              Jess started working at The Queen's Cups in 2017 as a decorator. A former kindergarten teacher, she fell in love with the food industry after attending the Professional Chef's Program at Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and spending time as a baker and manager at Flour Bakery in Boston. She enjoys getting to be creative every day with a fun-loving, hard-working group of rock stars!



                Julie began working at The Queen's Cups in 2017 as a cupcake decorator. Although she has no previous experience working in food service, she enjoys decorating cakes in her spare time. Julie loves being able to help create yummy sweets at TQC that people look forward to eating.




                  Baking Assistant/Decorator

                    Kristine started working at The Queen's Cups in 2018 as a baking assistant and decorator. She has been in the restaurant industry for 18 years with a combination of front-of-house and back-of-house experience. A lifelong passion for food lead her back to school which resulted in her earning a degree from Johnson & Wales in Baking and Pastry (2017). Kristine feels so fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful and positive team of people that supports one another's strengths and creativity.
